A.) 14 DAY RETURN & RESTOCKING FEE (Min $10 - Max $35) REFUND EXCHANGE POLICY INSTRUCTIONS :

- The Item MUST be received at our Warehouse location in it's original condition, within 14 days of your order date or RETURN WILL BE REJECTED AND CANCELED by 1home.co.
- The item must be shipped with a new shipping label and must be placed on the original box, at Buyers expense for shipping or it will be refused & RETURN WILL BE REJECTED AND CANCELED by 1home.co..
- You must PROVIDE a TRACKING # & CARRIER to 1home.co by EMAIL onceyou have shipped back the product to our Warehouse ship back address, or RETURN WILL BE REJECTED AND CANCELED by 1home.co..
(Situations where the product is Manufactured Defective is dealt separately for shipping and refund. A product that qualifies as Manufactured Defective after Picture Evidence sent from Buyer after through investigation that is carefully examined and approved by our Warehouse location. A 100% Refund is given once deemed Manufactured Defective by our Warehouse)
RESTOCKING FEE (Min $10 - Max $35) REFUND POLICY :
Only when the conditions above are satisfactory met in full, of our Warehouse can we issue a partial refund (After Deduction of Min $10 - Max $35), due to the restocking labor fee. 1home.co won't be liable for any shipping return expenses incurred...

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
